IMS/SATO 180/230 Ink Roller Replacement Instructions Step 1. Detach the ink roller holder from the front of the labeler by squeezing the finger pad of the holder together with the sub-assembly attached beneath it. Step 2. Tilt the holder at a slight angle away from labeler body & pull free. Step 3. Locate the old ink roller at end of holder. Take note (as illustrated in diagram) of arrow on ink roller & arrow on holder pointing at each other. Step 4.; Remove the old ink roller by sliding roller sideways off of holder following grooves. Do not try to "twist" or "snap" off as this will result in non-warranty damage to holder sub-assembly. Step 5. Attach a new IMS/SATO ink roller in the same way you removed the old one. Slide gently along grooves until the arrow on the ink roller & the arrow on the sub-assembly meet.
